Faculty of the School of Management and Accountancy (SMA) headed by the Dean, Dr. Visitacion Buenvenida, Graduate School Coordinator Aryamier Ismael and Chairpersons Alphi Santiago and Leonora Peña of the Management and Accountancy Departments respectively organized and attended seminar-workshop on the Art of Questioning and Processing and Critical Thinking on August 31, 2010 which was held at the LRC Conference Room.
The 1-day activity was centered at enhancing the skills of the teachers on asking the right questions which will intend to make students exercised their thinking ability.
Dr. Rebecca V. Fernandez, Academic Vice President (AVP) shared techniques on how to make SMA students think critically and Ms. Renee Vieve Vecina – Kanindot Assistant AVP facilitated the topic on questioning techniques and processing.
The faculty in attendance at the end of the day was in high spirits to be in their classes as they were equipped with the ways on how to ask the right questions that will surely challenge students to be better thinkers.
