  8. Certification, Authentication & Verification (CAV) & DFA Red Ribbon of school credentials
  9. Certifications such as:
    1. Bonafide Student Certification
    2. Certificate of Graduation
    3. Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) / Weighted Percentage Average (WPA)
    4. Certification of Grades
    5. Certification of Units Earned
    6. Certificate of Complete Academic Requirements for Graduate School Students (CAR)
    7. Validated Assessment form
    8. Letter of NO OBJECTION

What are the requirements?

Transcript of Records
A duly accomplished student clearance and paid fees for the Transcript of Record request.

Honorable Dismissal
A duly accomplished student clearance and paid fees for the Honorable dismissal request.

Certifications
All currently enrolled students and Alumni with duly accomplished clearance and paid fees for certification requests.

Certification, Authentication & Verification (CAV) for Local Employment or Board Examination
The required documents are photocopy of the Certificate of Graduation, Transcript of Records and Diploma. If the certificate of graduation, Transcript of records and diploma are not available, you may request for an original copy with corresponding fees.
All credentials must be submitted to the College Registrar’s Office for authentication. The office will SCHEDULE THE DATE OF THE RELEASE OF DOCUMENTS to be endorsed to the Commission on Higher Education –IX office for CAV processing. On the above-mentioned date, the applicant should come to the College Registrar’s Office to claim the documents and proceed to CHEd-IX office in Baliwasan, this city for processing of CAV.

Certification, Authentication & Verification (CAV) / Red Ribbon for Employment Abroad
The required documents are photocopy of the Certificate of Graduation, Transcript of Records and Diploma. If the certificate of graduation, Transcript of records and diploma are not available, you may request for an original copy with corresponding fees.

All credentials must be submitted to the College Registrar’s Office for authentication. The office will SCHEDULE THE DATE OF THE RELEASE OF DOCUMENTS to be endorsed to the Commission on Higher Education –IX office for CAV processing. On the above-mentioned date, the applicant should come to the College Registrar’s Office to claim the documents and proceed to CHEd-IX office in Baliwasan, this city for processing of CAV. The applicant is required to bring one (1) long brown envelope for the documents.  After transacting at CHEd-IX, the applicant may hand-carry or mail the sealed documents to be endorsed to the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) in Metro Manila for Red Ribbon processing. Hence, the Commission on Higher Education-IX doesn’t facilitate the mailing of documents to Department of Foreign Affairs anymore. You may coordinate with CHEd-IX regarding other details regarding the mailing of documents.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

1. Official documents will be processed/released to the student only upon settlement of all financial, academic, and documentary liabilities with the school and upon full payment of documents requested.

2. If the student is unable to attend to the transaction personally, an authorization letter must be provided along with valid IDs with signatures of the requesting party and the representative. The representative must provide a valid picture ID.

3. The Office of the Registrar is not authorized to receive payments for documents. Pay only at the FINANCE OFFICE.  Finance office hours: 

        Monday to Friday  8 am-12 nn  (AM); 1 pm-5 pm (PM)  
        Saturday 8 am-12 nn

4. Payments made to the Ateneo de Zamboang University BPI savings accountor other  ADZU connected bank accountsthrough bank deposits, overseas remittances, wire transfers, and other means must be verified and confirmed first before the document/s are to be processed and mailed out, if requested to do so.
