From February 17 to March 12, 2026, the Learning to Earning Pathways (LEaP!) Programme brings together partnerLEaP! Conducts Capacity-Building Workshop for Youth-Serving Organizations. Facilitated by the Ateneo Learning and Teaching Excellence Center through the LEaP! Programme, the Capacity-Building Workshop strengthens local partners as they prepare to implement initiatives under Track A: LEaP! Negosyo at Trabaho and Track B: LEaP! Para sa Bayan.
Under Track A: LEaP! Negosyo at Trabaho, partner organizations engage in careful planning that strengthens employability and entrepreneurship pathways for young people. The sessions emphasize discernment in programme design, responsible stewardship of resources, safeguarding practices that uphold dignity, and monitoring systems that ensure accountability. The goal is not simply to launch projects, but to build initiatives that are thoughtfully structured and attentive to the real conditions faced by youth as they transition from learning toward earning.

Under Track B: LEaP! Para sa Bayan, the focus turns to civic formation. Organizations reflect on how to nurture youth participation that is meaningful and sustained, guiding young people to become contributors within their barangays and local councils. Conversations center on volunteer action, shared responsibility, and the formation of leaders who act not only with competence, but with integrity and service in mind.
Across both tracks, participants revisit workplans with greater clarity, examine roles within their teams, and align timelines with intention. Peer dialogue becomes a space of companionship, where institutions learn from one another and strengthen coordination in serving the youth. The process affirms a simple but essential truth: youth development requires both disciplined systems and a shared commitment to form persons for and with others.

Through #LEaPForward, the LEaP! Programme continues its work of accompaniment, walking alongside youth-serving organizations as they build pathways that are structured, inclusive, and grounded in mission. In doing so, the University sustains its role in supporting young people toward meaningful work, responsible citizenship, and service to community.
