The 2026 Ateneo de Zamboanga University (AdZU) Career Fair opened doors for students and alumni to explore new career paths, expand professional networks, and take crucial first steps toward meaningful employment—living out this year’s theme, “Caminos Compartidos: Find your People, Find your Path.”
The event was held from March 18 to 19, 2026, at the Multi-Purpose Covered Courts 1 (MPCC 1), Salvador Campus, and was spearheaded by the College Guidance and Counseling Office (CGCO). Throughout the 2-day event, Aeneans were empowered to be their best selves—ready to excel in the workforce and beyond.
Serving as the culminating activity of the ladderized Career Guidance Program, #CF2026 brought together 23 companies from diverse sectors, providing students, faculty, and alumni the chance to explore job opportunities, apply for positions, and access essential government services, such as Birth and Marriage Certificates and National IDs, all on campus. The fair exemplified the theme, encouraging attendees to connect with the right people, uncover career pathways, and build meaningful professional relationships.
Vice President for Higher Education Fr Rene C Tacastacas SJ delivered the opening remarks, followed by the University President Fr Ernald M Andal SJ, who shared an inspirational message, setting a tone of encouragement and purpose for the event.
Dr Jemuel Arnan R Cristobal, the event’s keynote speaker, inspired attendees with his talk and reminded job-seekers that true success is grounded on integrity—where beliefs, words, and actions align.
As with the past Career Fairs, this year’s event continues to provide Ateneans not just employment prospects, but also guidance in their professional journeys helping them realize their potentials and envisioning their roadmap to success.
Through Caminos Compartidos, attendees are reminded that the right connections and determination can help them find both their people and their path. At AdZU, you can unlock your dreams, be your best self, and prove you are CAREER READY!
