MEMO TO: THE ADZU COMMUNITY
RE: ASSIGNMENT OF MS MARY ROSE JEAN C ANDRADA AS ADZU COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER
I wish to inform the University community that effective November 2013 Ms Mary Rose Jean C Andrada was officially designated the position of Ateneo de Zamboanga University (ADZU) Communications Officer.
The ADZU Communications Officer shall be in charge of providing information on Ateneo de Zamboanga University to concerned stakeholders and publics. She will also help in the development of communications capacity of different units and offices of the University. The Communications Officer shall also handle media and public relations for the University. This service may be extended to other offices upon approval of the President and Communications Officer. She will also help manage the website in partnership with the CITS.
The position also entails assistance in the production of media materials for communication of the Social Development Units (SDUs) and handle the public information on AdZU’s involvement in the City Rehabilitation efforts.
This position is given to Ms Andrada along with her teaching load. She holds office at the Communication Department faculty workroom.
