On September 30, 2025, the ALeRTO Early Warning System was featured during the 3rd Quarter RDRRMC IX Full Council Meeting held at Four Queens Resort, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur.
The presentation, delivered by Mr. Mario S. Rodriguez, Project Leader of the ALeRTO Project, highlighted the recent progress and strategic updates of the system in enhancing disaster preparedness and resilience in flood-prone communities across the region.
The meeting was attended by Atty. Ruel Hallanes, Head of RDRRMC IX, together with the full council members, who expressed their support in strengthening localized early warning systems as vital tools in safeguarding lives and communities.
