Please be informed that I will be out of town from February 17 – 18, 2012 to attend the BOT Meeting at Ateneo de Naga University. During this time, I am appointing SUZETTE E. SOUSA as the OIC Treasurer. She will handle, monitor and approve the regular financial transactions of the university. Approval for cash advances and financial assistance will be with HRADO Director.
