Please be informed that I will out of town to attend the board meeting of Ateneo de Naga University from August 19 – 20, 2011. During this time, I am appointing SUZETTE E. SOUSA as the OIC Treasurer. She will handle, monitor and approve the regular financial transactions of the university. Approval for cash advances and financial assistance will be with HRADO Director.
