Please be informed that I will be out of town from March 26 to April 4, 2012 to attend activities of the Jesuit Province.
During this time, I am appointing MS. SUZETTE E. SOUSA as the OIC Treasurer. She will handle, monitor and approve the regular financial transactions of the university. Approval for cash advances and financial assistance will be with HRADO Director.
