Last February 5, 2025, marked a significant milestone in the efforts to empower the youth of Northern Samar. Area Coordinator Mr. Arjun G. Aseo conducted an advocacy session on the Learning to Earning Pathways 2.0 (LEaP!) Programme during the Liga ng mga Barangay meeting at the Liga Building, Catarman.
The Area Coordinator facilitated a discussion outlining its objectives and exploring potential partnerships with Local Chief Executives to support youth development.
