MEMO TO: THE ADZU COMMUNITY
RE: LEADERSHIP TRANSITIONS IN THE HIGH SCHOOL AND IN THE COLLEGE ADMISSIONS AND AID
I am pleased to inform our community that in the AdZU Board of Trustees meeting of 22 February 2014, Fr Stephen T Abuan SJ has been appointed new High School Principal. Fr Abuan was formerly the principal of the Xavier University – High School and has just completed his master’s degree in Catholic Educational Leadership at the University of San Francisco. He begins his term as High School Principal on 01 August 2014.
I would like to thank Mr Conrado Z Balatbat for his leadership at the High School these past one and a half years. Mr Balatbat will re-assume his previous assignment as Director of College Admissions and Aid beginning 01 April 2014. I would like to thank Mr Emir R Españo for his directorship of the College Admissions and Aid office for one and a half years.
HS Assistant Principal Ms Rosie M Hong will serve as OIC Principal beginning 01 April until 31 July 2014. I thank Ms Hong for generously making herself available for administrative leadership during this crucial period of transition.
