Re: Laptop/Desktop/Projector Loan for Faculty/Staff
Peace!
The CITS in coordination with the Finance Office and the Human Resource Administration and Development Office (HRADO) is once again ready to accept and process applications for laptop, desktop, and/or projector. There are a total of 50 slots available (and this is first come first serve). LENIN COMPUTER SYSTEM is our partner for this endeavor.
Interested parties are required to submit to the CITS office a filled-out application/conforme form only (please download attachment).
All application forms should be submitted on or before December 9, 2011. The forms will be evaluated by the HRADO.
