Admission Requirements for SOM

Admission Requirements

1. Completed at least 4 years Baccalaureate degree.
2. A duly accomplished application form.
3. Transcript of Record (Certified true copy).
4. Certificate of Graduation (Certified true copy).
5. NMAT Report (at least 40%) (photocopy).
6. Weighted Percentage Average (GPA/GWA) (Certified true copy).
7. Certificate of Good Moral Character (Certified true copy).
8. PSA Birth Certificate (photocopy). 
9. 3 pcs 2 x 2 Picture (colored white background). 
10. Submit (3 sets) of the following documents above (#2-#7).

Qualification for Admission

Applicants who are able to meet the application requirements will then take an entrance examination and sit for an interview. Qualified applicants will be informed, and they may then register for enrollment in the medical school.
