Twenty four employees from the different units and offices actively participated in the Stress Management Seminar – Workshop held on October 21, 2009 at the LRC Conference Room, Ateneo de Zamboanga University.
The seminar was organized by the Human Resource Administration and Development Office (HRADO), in coordination with the College Guidance and Counseling Office, to help employees cope with stress.
The workshop was facilitated by Ms Estesa Xaris Que-Legaspi, Director of the College Guidance and Counselling Office. Assisting her was Mr. Archibald Siason, also a Guidance Counselor himself.
