MEMO TO: THE ATENEO COMMUNITY
RE: GUIDELINES ON TARPAULINS, STREAMERS, BANNERS, AND BUNTINGS
I wish to inform the community that effective 01 June 2012, we are standardizing our use of tarpaulins, streamers, banners, and buntings. We are setting up metal frames in selected locations. To implement this project, I ask our people to coordinate with Ms Sheila L Pagotaisidro, the Public Relations Committee Chair (PRC), before printing out their materials to conform to the following specifications: (a) size, (b) number of displays; and (c) location of display. She will manage all materials on public information, promotion and advertisement.
STANDARD SIZES AND LOCATION
FR EUSEBIO G SALVADOR SJ CAMPUS (La Purisima Campus)
1. Bellarmine-Campion Bldg, Façades of Campion and Bellarmine Wings (Facing La Purisima). Standard Tarpaulin Sizes (Length x Width in ft):

PERIOD OF DISPLAY
- For activities that have specified dates: The promo material shall be removed the working day after the conduct of the scheduled activity.
- For Institutional public information materials (e.g. board results, etc.): maximum display period is no more than two (2) months from the date of set-up.
- Promo/Ad Materials which are unclaimed within seven (7) working days from removal shall be subject to the disposal of the Public Relations Committee (PRC).
BUNTINGS
Except during Ateneo Fiesta, buntings and other similar materials shall be allowed only along the college covered walk. Regulation of such materials shall still be under the College Director of Student Affairs (DSA) in coordination with Ms Pagotaisidro. .During the Ateneo Fiesta, buntings and other similar materials shall be subject to the approval of the PRC.
