RE: CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR NEW CPAs
I am greatly delighted to announce to you that our AdZU graduates ranked FIRST in the Category of 26 to 50 examinees in the October 2009 CPA Board Exam. We had an overall passing rate of 94%, that is, 29 out of 31 examinees passed. Our first timers had a passing rate of 96%, i.e., 23 out of 24 examinees passed. The national passing average is 41.67%, i.e., 2,888 out of 6,929 examinees passed.
I wish to congratulate and thank our graduates for their excellent performance making them the best performing school in their category.
I would like also to congratulate and thank the faculty and staff of our Accountancy Department of the School of Management and Accountancy (SMA) headed by Ms Leonora C Peña, and SMA Dean, Dr Visitacion L Buenvenida, and all those who assisted the education of our graduates.
My prayers and best wishes accompany our new CPAs.
