MEMO TO: THE ADZU COMMUNITY
RE: APPOINTMENT OF FR MARLITO G OCON SJ AS ASSISTANT TO THE PRESIDENT FOR ADMINISTRATION
I am pleased to announce the appointment of Fr Marlito G Ocon SJ as Assistant to the President for Administration beginning 1 April 2014. As Assistant to the President for Administration, Fr Ocon will supervise the following the administrative units, and align them toward the goals of the University of greater effectiveness and efficiency of service:
* Finance Office
* Physical Plant Office
* Purchasing and Custodian’s Office
* Center for Information Technology Services
* Security Office
As announced in previous memoranda, he also chairs the Physical Facilities Council and the Bids and Awards Committee.
We thank Fr Ocon for generously accepting this responsibility. I ask the University Community to pray for him as we cooperate toward strengthening our administrative capacities and operations pro Deo et patria.
