I am happy to introduce the newest member of our
community, Br JEFFREY PIOQUINTO SJ

June 01.

Bro Jeff  is a Zamboangueño and an AdZU alumnus (BSED –

  from the Loyola
School of Theology (2010)
  and an MA in
Educational Leadership Management
  from
Ateneo de Davao University (2017).

His most recent assignment was at the East
Timor Mission (2017-2019)  serving  as:  Director  of Vocation Promotions; Director of Casa
Gonzaga, Jesuit Candidacy House;  Vice
Director for Formation at the Colegio Santo Inacio de Loiola-Kasait;  College Instructor at Instituto Sao Joao de
Brito – Teachers’ College; and, Coordinator for Magis Timor Leste.

Bro Jeff’s appointment is another step towards the realization
of our University Strategic Plan (AdZUSTRATPLAN 17/22); specifically, the strategic
thrust of
strengthening  formation programs
(academic & non-academic) in view of trends in social media, millennial
culture, family situations, sports (IV.11). To this
end, he will be coordinating with all Assistant Principals (APs) for Formation
of the Grade School, Junior High School, and Senior High School, and reporting
directly to the Vice President for Basic Education.

I thank Bro Jeff for
joining us and helping
in
our mission of spiritual formation for our community members, especially our
students. I ask the community for cooperation and support.

Thank you.
