AdZU Follows Up on New Faculty, Staff

In
its continued efforts to foster Cura Personalis within the community, AdZU
Human Resource Administration and Development Office (HRADO) conducted a
Kumustahan activity for the new faculty and staff last January 19, 2019 at the
Our Lady of the Pillar Retreat House and Lay Formation Center in Mercedes,
Zamboanga City.

The
Kamustahan is a follow up activity to the employees’ orientation last 2018.
HRADO sees the need to conduct these activities in
order to integrate the new employees seamlessly into the AdZU framework and
allow them to establish their niche in the university.

Formative
sessions pertaining to self and others highlighted the Kumustahan. The activity
ended with a community prayer and offering of the participants’ hopes and
dreams for themselves and the Ateneo.

HRADO
aims to develop an effective and healthy working environment for its employees
that considers not only their professional but also their personal development
as well.
