RE: ADRIEL EARL A TORIBIO IS MAYOR’S AWARDEE FOR THE YOUTH 2014
I would like to congratulate El Consejo Atenista President and Youth Leader Mr Adriel Earl A Toribio for receiving the Mayor’s Award for the Youth 2014. This award was conferred to him by the City of Zamboanga for bringing honor to the city for being one of the Mga Bagong Rizal National Awardees.
