RE: 2011 CHRISTMAS DOOR PRIZE RELEASE
We are happy to inform you that we will be giving and releasing the Christmas Door Prize before our Institutional Christmas Party on the following dates:
Dec. 14 & 15, 2011 Wednesday & Thursday only
Units in La Purisima Campus
1) School of Medicine
2) Graduate School
3) Colleges
4) Grade School
5) PPO
6) Central Services
7) Coop
8) Security Guards
(For Units in the La Purisima Campus you can claim your cash gift from the finance office through the tellers from 7:30am to 5:00pm on the above dates)
Dec. 16, 2011 Friday only
Units in W.H. Kreutz Campus
1) High School
2) PPO- High School
3) Security Guards -High School
(For the W.H. Kreutz Campus the finance staff will go to your campus for distribution.)
The door prizes are on a prorate basis only for full time permanent, probationary, and those who serve for more than six months as contractual or part time. For those who could not claim their Christmas door prize on the scheduled dates you may still claim it after the Christmas break. Proxies are not allowed in claiming the door prize. Please bring some identification.
