Please be informed that I will be out of town from September 12 – 24, 2011. I will attend the province congregation in Ateneo de Manila University, Quezon City and the JCAP Brothers Circle Meeting in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. During this time, I am appointing SUZETTE SOUSA and in her absence MARIA JOHANNA R. LANDERITO as the OIC Treasurer. She will handle, monitor and approve the regular financial transactions of the university. Approval for cash advances and financial assistance will be with HRADO Director.
