RE: Cervical Cancer Vaccine
Greetings!
The University Infirmary in coordination with the Human Resource Administration and Development Office (HRADO) and the Finance Office is now offering vaccines for cervical cancer. The Human Palillomavirus Vaccine (HPV) shots are offered on a salary deduction scheme as endorsed by the HRADO and Finance Office. Children ten (10) years old and above may also be included in the scheme.
Interested parties are required to submit to the University Infirmary a filled-out salary deduction application/conforme form. The forms will be evaluated by the HRADO.
