2009 AMT Distinguished Achievement Award


ADZU HS ‘78 graduate Dr. Henry Oh, PhD, DNM, received the Distinguished Achievement Award last June 2009 during the AMT National Convention in Minneapolis, MN. Dr. Oh is currently the Director of the Health Sciences Simulation Center at San Juan College, New Mexico. He is also the president of the New Mexico State Society of AMT. He was director of respiratory therapy at several colleges before.


 


It’s been 4 years in a row that Atenean multi-awardee Henry Oh is receiving recognitions from different organizations. He received the 2008 Outstanding Atenean Overseas Award in Academics during the 8th All Ateneo Alumni Convention in Chicago, IL; the 2007 U.S. National Teacher of the Year Honorable Mention Award; the 2006 International Who’s Who of Professional Educators from the International Historical Society. He is an associate fellow of the New York Academy of Medicine. He has PhD in Health Sciences, and most recently a board certified doctorate in natural medicine (DNM). He was also ADZU’s Outstanding Atenean Alumnus in 1996.
