The rollouts of the QASMIS Orientation – Workshop introduce the StratPlan System to various units and offices of AdZU by guiding them through the system and providing hands-on training on how the StratPlan System functions. This includes uploading, storing, and reporting on the Strategic Plan 2024-2029 and the different Operational Plans of all units and offices across the university. The main objective of the QASMIS Orientation – Workshop is to familiarize participants with the system’s functionality and ensure that their reports are aligned, thereby keeping the Strategic Plan System up-to-date.
