MEMO TO: THE ATENEO COMMUNITY
RE: PUBLIC FORA ON THE STATE OF ZAMCELCO
As an institution of learning, AdZU takes pride in not simply convening people to discuss issues affecting our society but also in generating consensus points to guide our actions in the public sphere. In the past months, we have heard so much about the controversies hounding ZAMCELCO. The issues affect not only the subscribers and members of ZAMCELCO, but the citizens and denizens served by ZAMCELCO. We wish to bring these issues in a public forum so that people are better informed and guided.
To this end, we are initiating two fora on 11 February 2011, Friday. The college faculty and staff, heads and administrators, together with invited guests will have the first forum at 9.00 AM, Bellarmine-Campion Lecture Hall. We request the deans and the faculty who may not have classes on this day to please attend this activity. In addition, we would like to invite the offices and other units while maintaining your regular operations.
At 3.30 PM, Bellarmine-Campion Lecture Hall, the Basic Education units and the parents, together with some schools will have the second forum on the same issue. We invite the principals, faculty and staff and the parents Basic Education units to participate in this activity.
