RE: PAASCU LEVEL III ACCREDITATION FOR THE GRADE SCHOOL AND INITIAL ACCREDITATION FOR THE SCHOOL OF MEDICINE
I am very happy to inform the community of two great news from the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities (PAASCU).
First, the Ateneo de Zamboanga Grade School has been granted a five-year Level III Accreditation which will be valid until November 2019.
Second, AdZU’s Medical Education program has been granted accreditation for a period of three years (valid until November 2017). With this initial three-year accreditation, our School of Medicine (SOM) becomes a full member of the Association.
I wish to express my deepest gratitude to SOM Dean, Dr Fortunato L Cristobal, and Grade School Principal, Ms Pilar C Agraviador and the members of their respective teams for their hard work and commitment in the service of the University’s mission.
Congratulations to the administrators, faculty, staff and students of the Ateneo Grade School and the School of Medicine for this significant achievement.
