Please be informed that I will be out of town from April 30 until May 9, 2012 to attend the Treasurer’s Meeting in Ateneo de Iloilo and a check up on the condition of my wrist operation in Cebu. During this time, I am appointing SUZETTE E. SOUSA as the OIC Treasurer. She will handle, monitor and approve the regular financial transactions of the university. Approval for cash advances and financial assistance will be with HRADO Director.
