RE : NOISE BARRAGE AGAINST THE DEATH PENALTY
I
urge the University community to join the Noise
Barrage tomorrow Wednesday, March 8,
2017, to raise and make our collective voices heard against the reinstatement
of the Death Penalty. Let us assemble at 11:30 AM
at the Bellarmine-Campion Quadrangle.
I
also ask that we continue to pray for the enlightenment of our lawmakers to
whom we have entrusted the responsibility of serving the best interest of the
Filipino people and of protecting our rights and civil liberties, especially
our right to life.
