RE : NEW RESEARCH INCENTIVE PACKAGE
I would like to inform the community that we have begun adopting a new Research Incentive Package since SY 2014-2015. This incentive package was drafted by the Research and Publication Council, composed of the Academic Vice President, unit heads and deans and led by the ARC Director.
Among others, the new research package provides for fixed and bigger honoraria and more units as deload, depending on the nature of the study. With this development, we hope to encourage more faculty and staff to engage in research and submit their work for publication.
Details on this upgraded research inducement are available in the ARC homepage of our ADZU website. Dr Teresita G Montaño, ARC Director, has started to orient the different units, schools and colleges on this matter.
I thank the members of the ADZU Research and Publication Council for this significant work and for providing leadership in the research mission of the University.
