MEMO TO: UNIVERSITY COMMUNITY
RE: NEW API DIRECTOR
I am pleased to announce to the community the appointment of Ms Perla “Arlene” S Ledesma as the new Director of the Ateneo Peace Institute (API) effective 01 June 2014 until 31 March 2015.
As director, Ms Ledesma shall build on the peace and development initiatives of the Center; liaise with external groups to propagate AdZU’s peace advocacies; and, coordinate, initiate and promote activities and programs in line with our University’s thrusts.
I thank Mr Aryameir B Ismael for his work as APCI director for the past three years.
I thank Ms Ledesma for accepting this responsibility in the service of our University mission and objectives.
