The Ateneo de Zamboanga University is all set for the graduation of its various units.
The Schedule of Graduation is as follows:

Kindergarten Year-End Award Ceremony: March 21, 8:30AM, FANCC, Kreutz Campus, Tumaga
Grade School Graduation: March 22, 2:30PM, FANCC, Kreutz Campus, Tumaga
Junior High School Completion: March 23, 8:30AM, JHS Lobby, Kreutz Campus, Tumaga
Senior High School Graduation: March 23, 2:00PM, Multi-Purpose Covered Courts (MPCC), Salvador Campus, La Purisima St
Colleges, Graduate School and College of Law: March 24, 2:00PM, MPCC, Salvador Campus, La Purisima St
The 65th Commencement Exercises of the Colleges will be preceded by a Baccalaureate Mass at 2:00 in the afternoon at the University Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus (UCSHJ). Graduation ceremonies will commence right after with the Imposition of Hoods by the Parents of the Graduates at 4:00 PM at the backfield followed by the processional to the Multi-Purpose Covered Courts.
Allen Ross L Sanoria from the School of Management and Accountancy (SMA) and Therese Marie B Aburquez from the School of Liberal Arts, are this year’s Valedictorian and Salutatorian, respectively. They will be presented by Fr Marcos Louis D Catalan Jr, SJ, Vice President for Higher Education.
AdZU alumna Ruth Yu-Owen (BSAc 1986) who is the newest member of the University Board of Trustees, is this year’s guest speaker.
Special Recognition will given to Licensure Examination Topnotchers during the Graduation program. To receive the distinction this year are: for the Nurse Licensure Examination: Shannon E Boyle – 4th Place, Ronel Glen S Garcia – 9th Place; and for the Electronics Technician Licensure Examination: Eric Jester Chiong Lim – 2nd Place.
Ateneo Alumni Association (AAA) President Atty Gian Paolo Enriquez, will lead the graduates in reciting the Alumni Pledge and Induction to the AAA. After the swearing in of the Graduates into the AAA, Fr President Fr San Juan, SJ, will give his Message to the Class of 2018. The 65thCommencement exercises will end with the singing of the Graduation Hymn and the Animo Ateneo.
