MEMO TO: UNIVERSITY COMMUNITY
RE: INSTITUTIONAL RECOLLECTION AND CONVOCATION
As we gear up for a more peaceful and fruitful new school year, allow me to officially welcome to the University community our new members. Let me also warmly welcome back the rest with gratitude for your continued commitment to the University and its mission.
As is customary, we have set aside one full day for us to gather as one community for the Institutional Recollection and General Convocation. The former is to charge us with renewed spirit and vigor for the tasks ahead; the latter to allow us touch base with one another. Thus, I expect all to be present at this important institutional gathering.

INSTITUTIONAL RECOLLECTION AND CONVOCATION
Venue: Astoria Regency, Pasonanca
Date: June 27, 2014 – Friday / 8AM – 5PM
Schedule:
7:30 AM – 8:00 AM Registration
8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Recollection Proper
Theme: “Praying from the Heart, The Way of Pope Francis”
Recollection Master: Fr Manuel L. Flores, SJ
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM Lunch
1:00 PM – 5:00 PM General Convocation
Note: Transportation will be available from 7:00 AM – 7:30 AM at the Fr Eusebio Salvador SJ Main Campus to ferry you to the venue.
