HRADO Conducts Employee Orientation to New Faculty and Staff

The Human Resource Administration and Development Office (HRADO) conducted an Employee Orientation Program at the House of Peace, Pitogo, Zamboanga City, and at the AdZU main and WH Kreutz campuses on June 1 – 5, 1009. Twenty six new faculty and staff participated in the program.  This is a yearly activity of HRADO to ensure that new employees are introduced into the life of the school community.  The program is formative in nature and is aimed to bring the participants to a deeper understanding of himself and others, his personal values, and the Ignatian spirituality in education.

The first three days of the program is a live-in seminar-workshop, hence affording our participants enough time to bond with one another as new members of the community.   They were also introduced into AdZU’s programs, services and structures in a one-day session at the WH Kreutz campus in Tumaga.   The program ended with a “Kumustahan” and Induction of New Community Members at the Ateneo main campus where the new graduates were welcomed by last year’s graduates of the program.
