MEMO TO: THE ATENEO COMMUNITY
RE: HOLIDAYS IN AUGUST 2012
This is to inform our community that the government has declared the following as holidays:
20 August, Monday- Eidl Fitri (End of Ramadan)
21 August, Tuesday- Ninoy Aquino Day
27 August, Monday- National Heroes Day
There will be no offices and classes on these dates. During the holidays, let us rejoice with our Muslim brothers and sisters in their celebration. It is also a good time for us to reflect on what heroic citizenship is all about as exemplified by Senator Ninoy Aquino and our national heroes.
