RE : Free Blood Sugar Screening

We would like to inform the community that other than the medical and dental services, there will also be a free blood sugar testing/screening on Saturday, July 21, 2012, during the Midyear Alumni Homecoming-Medical Outreach. Please be reminded that fasting is needed by 12 midnight if one wishes to have his/her blood sugar tested. Testing/Screening will start at 7:30 AM. Kindly go to the Grade School Waiting Area for Registration.
