MEMO TO: THE ATENEO COMMUNITY
RE: DAY OF MOURNING
With this memo, I am declaring a day of mourning for the AdZU community on 22 March, Monday, to pray for and pay our respects to Ms Robelyn “Sheng” C Suan, Grade One Teacher who was murdered on 17 March, Tuesday. On this day, we will have a Mass at 9.00 AM, Sacred Heart Chapel. A memorial service will follow after the Mass. The Grade School community will organize the Mass and memorial service. Apart from the AdZU community, we are expecting Sheng’s relatives, friends, alumni and the parents of her students. Please wear black arm bands or mourning pins.
The Unit and Office Heads are asked to make arrangements to enable our staff to attend the memorial service without disrupting the usual office transactions.
Let us be one in mind, heart and prayer with the whole AdZU community and the family of Sheng on 22 March.
