MEMO TO: THE ADZU COMMUNITY
RE: CAMPUS LOCKDOWN/SHUTDOWN DURING CHRISTMAS BREAK
Due to our commitment to “Green Campus” energy saving measures, we shall observe the university policy on “campus lockdown/shutdown” during the Christmas break effective 22 December 2013 to 02 January 2014. Buildings shall be locked down and electricity and water sources shall be shut down.
Entry into the campuses shall be restricted and only those with urgent concerns and prior approved written permission from the unit head or from Fr Lito Ocon SJ (chair of the Physical Facilities Council) shall be accommodated – the purpose, date, time, venue and list of persons must be indicated. It is expected that the requesting party shall provide the Security office with a copy of the approved written permission.
