ARC REGIONAL RESEARCH CONFERENCE AND WORKSHOP
The Ateneo de Zamboanga
University through the Ateneo Research Center is pleased to invite members of
the academe to the ARC Regional Research Conference and Workshop with
the theme “Advancing Research Quality
through Academic Partnership in Western Mindanao” which will be held on
September 13-14, 2017 at the Carlos Dominguez Conference Hall, in the Eusebio
Salvador, SJ campus of the Ateneo de Zamboanga University.
This is a region-wide
research conference held annually to provide faculty members of the Higher
Education Institutions in Region IX the opportunity and venue to share their
research findings to the academic community and to the general public as well.
Plenary and parallel sessions are provided for papers accepted for oral
presentation and display areas for Posters. An added component of the
conference this year is a workshop on “Statistics
in Research” for participants who are interested to learn the appropriate
statistics for a particular set of data.
In line with this, we would
also like to CALL FOR PAPERS on any
academic field/area for presentation during the said conference. The guidelines
for the extended abstract are
attached herewith. The deadline for submission is on July 28, 2017. Extended abstracts may be submitted via email: arc@host.adzu.edu.ph/revamp or
through Telefax: (062) 991-0871 local 1200.
A registration fee of one-thousand five hundred pesos (Php
1,500.00) will be charged for the one and a half day conference to defray
expenses for the meals, snacks, kits and other souvenir materials and an
additional five hundred pesos (Php500) for those who will opt to attend the
workshop in the afternoon of the 14th. Participants to the workshop
are limited. We therefore encourage participants to confirm as soon as
possible,
