MEMO TO: THE ATENEO COMMUNITY
RE: ASSISTANT TO THE PRESIDENT
After due consultation, I am appointing Ms Maria Victoria C Montaño as the new Assistant to the President starting 01 April 2011 until 31 March 2012. As the executive assistant, Ms Montaño will lend a hand to the president in matters concerning the day-to-day operations of the office of the president, function as the official representative of the president except when a separate designation is made, and do other functions as required by the president. She will sit as a member of the Core Presidential Management Team.
I thank and congratulate Ms Montaño for accepting this very important position.
I would like to thank Mr Roberto G Valerio for his nine years of competent service as Assistant to the President.
