MEMO TO: THE ADZU COMMUNITY
RE: ADZU STEWARDSHIP DAY CLEAN-UP DRIVE
Greetings of Peace!
In line with the celebration of World Wetlands Day, the Environment program of the Social Awareness and Community Service Involvement (SACSI) office will spearhead the “ADZU Stewardship Day!” a clean-up drive for the ADZU community on February 1, 2014 at 8:00 to 11:30 AM.
The theme for the 2014 World Wetlands Day is “Wetlands and Agriculture”. The national slogan for the day is “Wetlands and Agriculture: Partners for growth, placing a focus on the need for the wetland, water and agricultural sectors to work together for the best shared outcomes.” The academe will express its support through the clean up drive.
I am encouraging all students, faculty and staff to join this activity. Furthermore, I am also encouraging all units and departments to clean their respective offices on this day.
