ACES Corner | AdZU Meets with PENRO for Values-Driven Transformation Dialogue

AdZU, led with Social Development Unit Director Mr. Mario S. Rodriguez, met with PENRO for a meaningful conversation on fostering organizational transformation rooted in Ignatian spirituality, emphasizing reflection, discernment, mission, and cura personalis.

This transformation process will focus on the RAMSAR Area of the Sibugay Bay, where environmental protection and community development will go hand-in-hand. Together, we aim to strengthen both ecological stewardship and people’s organizations in this vital wetland ecosystem. This partnership aims to empower leaders and members of POs and agencies, ground growth in a spiritual and values-based core, and build inclusive, sustainable, and mission-aligned communities.

The dialogue and conversation was attended by PENRO representatives, including PENR Officer George E. Laolao, Chief of Technical Services Reynaldo C. Cuaresma, RPS Chief Rogelio S.T. Alfaro, and CDS Chief Georgina L. Fernandez.

Together, we hope we move forward with reflection and purpose.
