On December 5, 2024, Magis ‘99 – Ateneo de Zamboanga University High School Batch 1999, marked their Silver Jubilee Year by organizing the Legacy Project: Career Talk. This initiative aimed to reconnect alumni with current students, fostering a bridge between generations through shared experiences and insights.
The event featured three distinguished speakers, each representing a unique field:
Culture and Arts – Ms. Janine Michelle Cabato (GS 1995, HS 1999)
Delegation Industry – Mr. Friderick Laude (GS 1995, HS 1999, CO 2004)
IT Service Management – Ms. Raquel Tarroza-Apostol (GS 1995, HS 1999)
The invited guests shared insights into their careers, stories of growth, successes achieved, and the hurdles they encountered which has shaped them to who they are now. Their narratives provided students with valuable standpoints, encouraging them to explore diverse career paths , and to approach their futures with confidence and curiosity.
Held at the CDCH, FEC Building, the Career Talk was more than just an event; it was a testament to the enduring spirit of Magis—a commitment to excellence, service, and the holistic development of individuals.
