SLA faculty revisited the Ignatian Pedagogical Paradigm last February 8 with a workshop led by the department chairs. Faculty members went through the whole process of IPP – from Context, Experience, Reflection, Action, and Evaluation.

Dr. Dorothy Joann Lei O. Labrador also gave a session on Flipped Classroom and the use of Writing to Learn Worksheets for study sessions.

At the end of the workshop, participants were reminded that “the goal is not just to educate the mind, but to change the person into a better, more caring human with a developed conscience.”
