Item 1.1 General Rule
Admission to the Ateneo de Zamboanga University Senior High School (AdZU-SHS) is open to all Grade 10 completers regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, color, national ancestry, sex, age, disability, and family income.
Item 1.2 Admission Requirements
All applicants must submit a completely filled-out application form together with the requirements enumerated below before admission. Credentials will be evaluated. All applicants must pass the Senior High Admission and Placement Exam (SHAPE) for this school year, SY 2023-2024. Admission requirements are the same for all strands (STEM, ABM, and HUMSS).

b. All strands require a minimum of a passing junior high school General Percentage Average (GPA)
c. Recommendation Form – Moderator and Guidance Counselor
d. 2 pieces 1”x 1” ID picture with any background (attached on the application form)
e. Photocopy of second or third quarter of Report Card
f. One (1) photocopy of Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)-certified birth certificate
g. Medical requirements (as deemed necessary at the time of enrollment).
Letter of Acceptance will be emailed to the qualified applicants and the list will be posted in the AdZU SHS Admission and Aid Facebook Page.
Item 1.3 Policy on Transferees
a. Transferees seeking admission to Grade 12 are NOT accepted.
b. Any student who seeks to transfer to AdZU-SHS must enroll as an incoming Grade 11 student.
