JHS welcomes Year of the Earth Pig
Kreutz Campus, Feb. 4 — A celebration of the Chinese New Year (Year of the
Earth Pig), was held at the Junior High School during the weekly Morning
Assembly.
The event featured the much-loved lion dance presentation. The student body,
faculty and staff were amused by the presentation.
Fr. Arnel T. Ong, SJ, principal of the unit led the administration team in
wearing traditional Chinese attire. On the other hand members of the Faculty
and Staff wore something red instead of the usual gray uniform just to feel the
Chinese New Year spirit.
