NEW SECURITY STRUCTURE AND LEADERSHIP ASSIGNMENTS

19 December 2018

MEMO TO: THE UNIVERSITY COMMUNITY

RE: New Security Structure and Leadership Assignments

I am pleased to announce the renewal of our contract with
Aloha Security Agency effective November 30, 2018, for another three years. In
line with this, we will also reconfigure the structure of our security work as
follows:

1. The University Security Office (USO) is composed of the
University Security Chief, Mr Marven Gallego, and the following
personnel: Deputy Security Chief, Mr Edwin Angeles, and Operation and
Liaison Officer, Mr Marlon Madrazo. The USO reports to the University
Security Council and the Office of the Vice President for Administration, which
both report to the President.

2. Both the USO and the Aloha Security Agency oversee all our
security personnel. Each campus or property will be headed by a Head Guard.
There will also be Assistant Head Guards in the Salvador and Kreutz campuses.
The following are appointed Head Guards and Assistant Head Guards effective
today, Wednesday, December 19, 2018:

a. SALVADOR CAMPUS

Head Guard: Alex Bacara Montebon

Assistant Head Guard: Richelieu Dela Cruz Berguia

b. KREUTZ CAMPUS

Head Guard: Rodolfo Utud Bais

Assistant Head Guard: Oscar Ramillano Fernandez

c. DIVISORIA PROPERTY

Head Guard: Joelito Delos Reyes Maquiling

I thank our University Security Chief, Marven Gallego, for
leading this new beginning and transition to further improve our security
services. I thank
Aloha General Manager, Ms Evelyn Catingub, for our
continuing partnership. I also thank
Robert Laluna Elola for serving as
Head Guard from October 2016. I thank all our security personnel for their
cooperation, hard work, and dedication in ensuring security and safety in our
campuses. I ask the community for your continued prayers and support for our
security team as they render their valuable service to our University.

FR KAREL S SAN JUAN SJ
