Re: GENERAL EMERGENCY EVACUATION DRILL

Greetings of Peace!
First
of all, I wish to congratulate and thank everyone for the successful conduct of
the General Emergency Evacuation Drill here at the Fr. Eusebio Campus. As
mentioned in the previous memorandum, the drill was intended for the community
to have a sense of where to go during an emergency situation and serve as a
template for future drills such as fire and earthquake drills mandated by the
government and PAASCU.
Part
also of the drill is for us to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of our
emergency plan and set-up which we hope to get from our designated evaluators and
from anyone in our community who wish to give their suggestions and comments in
order to improve our drill. You can
email or give your suggestions to the Office of Student Affairs and rest be
assured that we shall take note of them during our formal evaluation process.
Finally,
I would like to express my deep gratitude to all the members of the

(for the improvement in our alarm/bell system), the University Clinic, the

Affairs headed by Ms. Christine Calunod and her able staff for the assistance
in the over-all management of the drill.
We
hope that this drill has given us a sense of the preparedness of the University
to respond to any emergency situation we might encounter in the future.
