MEMO TO: UNIVERSITY COMMUNITY
RE: FORMATION OF UNIVERSITY ATHLETICS DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
I am happy to announce the formation of the University Athletics Development Committee. The functions of this Committee will be as follows:
- Formulate a strategic plan for the development of sports and athletics programs in the Grade School, High School, and College Units;
- Coordinate the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the strategic plan;
- Synchronize athletic events and activities at the University level; and
- Discuss issues and concerns related to athletics development, and propose courses of action.
The members of the Committee are as follows: Mr Santiago Araneta (Convenor), Mr Erwin Pelayo, Mr Philip Harun Rosco , Mr Rommel Cuaresma , Mr Aryameir Ismael, and Mr Richter Robin Vecina. The Committee shall report to the Office of the President.
I would like to thank the Committee members for their generosity to serve the University through the advancement of athletics. I ask the University Community for support and prayers for the work of the Committee.
