Please be advised that there will be changes in the availability of parking spaces and the schedule of the manning of the gates in campus on July 27 to the 30th, viz;
ON PARKING
1. Parking spaces will be made available only in the following areas; Fronting LRC, UCSHJ parking, and parking spaces in between the College and LRC All the rest of the parking spaces will be reserved for booths. As always, the parking will be on a first come, first serve basis for employees.
2. Sauras parking will be reserved for the College of Law except on July 30, 2012 to accommodate the influx of people in going to the MPCC during the procession and for the Centennial mass.
3. Cathedral (MCIC) parking will also be made available during the above mentioned dates.
4. Parking along La Purisima, Gov. Alvarez and Nuñez streets are still being worked on by the Projects office pending its approval by City administration.
5. Motorcycle parking will also be made available at the back of the USO.
GATE SCHEDULE
Friday, July 27, 2012 – All gates open from 6:00 to 7:30 PM
Saturday, July 28, 2012 – All gates open except gate 2 which will close at 2:00 PM. GS gate will be opened for pedestrians.
Sunday, July 29, 2012 – Gates 2 and 5 will be closed, GS gate will be opened for pedestrians
Monday, July 30, 2012 – All gates open except gate 2 which will close at 2:00 PM. GS gate will be opened for pedestrians.
Gates 1and 3 will follow the regular schedule for entrance and exit of vehicles .
Changes in the above schedule will be made depending on the situation.
